Storioza (“we”, “us”, “our”) wants you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following:
- Return request submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (including cellophane/seal where applicable)
- All original accessories, inserts, and freebies (if any) are included
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened fragrances, used products, or items with broken seals unless the item arrived damaged/defective or you received the wrong item.
Non-returnable items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Opened/used fragrances (except damaged/defective or incorrect item cases)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
- Clearance/final sale items (if marked “Final Sale” on the product page)
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or wear after delivery
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please share:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
- Brief description of the issue
If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund (based on stock and your preference).
How to start a return
Email us at info@storioza.com with:
- Your order number
- Items you want to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs
- If you return for change of mind (e.g., you no longer want the item), you are responsible for return shipping fees.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item) or verified damage/defect, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label where available.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically -10 business days (varies by bank/payment provider)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If you want an exchange, contact us and we’ll confirm availability. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process (if eligible).
