Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and full refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Product is completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including any unbroken cellophane or factory seals).
  • All original accessories, inserts, and freebies are included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Fragrances & Cosmetics For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened fragrances, used personal care products, or any item with a broken seal — unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used fragrances and cosmetics (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale" on the product page.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at info@storioza.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label.
  • A brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and inventory availability.

How to Start a Return

  2. 2If approved, we'll send you detailed return instructions and the correct return shipping address.
  3. 3Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

Paid by You

If returning due to a change of mind (buyer's remorse), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Paid by Us

If the return is due to our error or a verified defect, we'll cover return shipping or send a prepaid label.

📦 We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at info@storioza.com. In most cases, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled — please follow our standard return process upon delivery.
