Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Processing time is typically 1-3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping times vary by destination:
- Domestic US: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- International: 10-21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method selected.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 USD within the continental United States.
Standard Shipping Rates (Continental US):

- Orders $150 and above: Free
International shipping rates vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Tracking Your Order

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed (more than 14 days for domestic or 30 days for international), please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for details.
